Полный цикл измерения колеса в течение R14-5 секунд (ускорение, измерение, замедление).
Завершите цикл измерения колеса на R20-8 секунд (ускорение, измерение, торможение).

Важнейшие функции:

• Функция “авто-СОНАР” обеспечивает возможность считывания параметров диска в автоматическом режиме с использованием ультразвукового датчика.
• Функция “АВТОПРОГРАММА” позволяет пользователю выполнять балансировку в любом автоматическом или полуавтоматическом режиме без использования кнопок (машина сама выбирает необходимый режим и интеллектуально подстраивает свою работу под рабочие привычки операторов).
• «3D-DISK» function allows seeing the 3D projection of a wheel on the monitor.
• Option «BRAKES», when necessary, allows reducing balancing process time by connecting, not just the motor, but also a brake cheek. This should save on average 6 seconds per cycle. This function makes this model one of the «fastest» among the world analogues in the premium segment.
• Laser pointer «line» within «6 o’clock mode»: special red spectral laser-line shows to operator place for weight mounting in different planes. It clearly shows the position for cleaning, degreasing, and adding of self-adhesive weights.
• Automatic correction weight type detection (selfadhesive or hinged weight).
• Correction weights mounting via distance input unit.
• Special disc bouncing check function with results graph visible at monitor. This function allows to identify and visualize curved zones of the disc and show them to the client in order to explain that additional operation of disk alignment or replacement required.
• «AUTO-SUPPLY» function automatically turns a wheel further into operating position so there is no need to turn it manually.
• «MEMORY» function allows to keep statistics of operations executed at balancer, both total summary for chosen period and individually by each operator (up to 7 operators): the number of balanced wheels, number of attempts, number of used clip-on or stick-on weights).
• Motorcycle wheel balancing mode (motorcycle wheel adapter is additional option).

Technical features:

• Inner wheel surface lighting. It is realized by the use of two high output light-emitting diodes, located on the spindle side of the machine’s housing.
• The fast work is guaranteed by the electromagnetic brake, that allows to save time on deaccelation and balance more wheels.
• Skin-to-skin installation to wall.

Renovated modern input panel with improved design is situated exactly under the monitor and the slope angle can be individually adjusted for each operator. User friendly menu, possibility to choose background, durable worktop equipped with lots of cells, memory for 7 operators are features which allow to balance wheels fast with high quality and minimum time and labour consumption.
